We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service).

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after shipment.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier operations or external factors.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Allen Garden LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by UPS.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS directly to file a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

At Allen Garden LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
2. Free Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- You are eligible for a free return and full refund or replacement
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details
3. Standard Returns
For all other returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping is free but non-refundable in value
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged items not caused by our error
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item to the provided return address
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
6. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
